    Quality control is critical in anodizing, and our Omron PLC-Controlled Automatic Anodizing Line offers real-time monitoring to ensure consistent aluminum part quality. The core Omron CP1L PLC collects data from sensors across the line: tank temperature (Omron thermostats), current/voltage (rectifier meters), washing time (timers), and crane position (proximity switches)—all displayed on a Kunlun Tongtai HMI. Operators can track key quality indicators (e.g., oxide film thickness, color uniformity) in real time, and the system alerts for deviations (e.g., temperature too high, current unstable)—allowing immediate adjustments to prevent defective parts. The PLC also stores process data for up to 1 year, enabling traceability for quality audits (e.g., ISO 9001). The line’s 21 tanks include 3 anodizing tanks (25V-3000A rectifiers) for uniform film formation and 4 coloring tanks for consistent hue. The gantry cranes (±3mm positioning accuracy) ensure workpieces are treated evenly, while 11 washing tanks (overflow devices) remove residual chemicals. Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials and equipped with a 5μ filtration system (keeping solutions pure), the line maintains quality across batches. Suitable for industries with strict quality requirements (e.g., medical devices, aerospace), this PLC-controlled line delivers reliable, traceable anodizing results.
