    Automated Anodizing Production Line Overview:

    Speed is key to productivity, and our High-Speed Automatic Anodizing Production Line features gantry cranes with a maximum horizontal speed of 40m/min—reducing workpiece transfer time by 30% compared to standard lines. The cranes (Italian "Simik" motors) use Mitsubishi inverters for smooth acceleration/deceleration, preventing workpiece shaking and ensuring safe, fast movement. The line’s process flow is optimized for speed: 21 tanks arranged in a straight line, with minimal distance between key tanks (anodizing to coloring, coloring to washing). The anodizing section uses 3 tanks with 25V-3000A rectifiers, which provide high current to form oxide films quickly, while the cooling system (20HP chillers) maintains optimal temperature to avoid process delays. Despite its high speed, the line maintains precision: ±3mm crane positioning accuracy ensures workpieces are fully immersed in each tank, and Omron thermostats control tank temperatures to ±1℃. The 11 washing tanks (with overflow devices) ensure thorough cleaning in minimal time, while a 5μ filtration system (high-flow Taiwan "Guobao" pumps) keeps solutions clean without slowing production. The PLC control system (Omron) coordinates crane movement and process timing, enabling a 5-minute minimum cycle time for high-volume production. Suitable for industries like consumer electronics (where fast turnaround is critical), this high-speed line delivers efficiency without compromising quality.
